Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and developing business relationships with customers across target segment and Territory
- Legal, Commercial and Technical due diligence of potential customers and interacting with them to collect technical data, customer requirements
- Understanding the existing electrical system of the client and should be aware with various Industrial processes
- Coordination with Sales Operation team to present techno-commercial solutions and legal agreement to customers
- Market Intelligence – Constantly evaluate the ecosystem for Onsite and grid connected Solar projects from a regulatory, technical-commercial angle
- Network and develop good working relationship with regulators, utilities, Govt., state energy authorities, Renewable Energy Associations etc
- Develop & manage the various EPC companies in the region
- Track, evaluate, apply, and close Tender based leads
- Develop and manage channel partners and drive them to deliver Business Goal
- Drive Revenues, constantly increase customer satisfaction in a time bound manner
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Candidate should be well versed with the technical concepts of solar PV technologies and Opex projects like IRR, buy back values, Deemed Generation etc
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
- Ability to flourish with minimum guidance and be proactive
- Proficient in word, excel, power point and outlook
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in sales & marketing field. Experience must be in solar rooftop & ground mount (open access) project sales.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech with MBA in Sales and Marketing
